We integrated specialized assessment scales such as RQC, Fagerström, and Audit to evaluate nicotine dependence and alcohol use risk, providing professionals with precise tools.

We also optimized the automated delivery of documents and patient education via email, and improved the visualization of laboratory results.

Using the agile Scrum methodology, we efficiently completed the project, creating a smoother user experience for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Oncology Clinic 127 transformed its patient care approach by adopting SAP-ISH, an innovative system that revolutionized medication management and enabled the creation of personalized oncology medical records. With this tool, the medical team can now handle and analyze data more accurately, allowing for more effective and tailored treatments.

The automation of the medication process—from prescription to administration—has improved traceability and reduced errors.

As a result, the clinic has achieved faster response times, greater safety for patients, and more efficient care delivery, positioning itself as a technology leader in the oncology field.

In 2016, Comfandi innovated with its Amiga Home Care Program, where our team led this pioneering initiative to virtualize home healthcare using SAP. This enabled over 500 patients to receive care at home.
